Assembly of Polling Stations for the General Elections<\/h2> \n \n

Once again, Mudanzas Control is in charge of the logistics for the assembly of the almost 300 polling stations in the city of Barcelona.<\/p> \n \n

The service includes the transfer of ballot boxes, voting booths, ballots and materials necessary for the development of the election day scheduled for Sunday, November 10.<\/p> \n \n

For the proper development of election day on November 10 in the city of Barcelona alone, it is necessary to deliver nearly 5,200 ballot boxes, 1,998 sets of boxes and set up 300 booths for a total of 1,450 polling stations.<\/p> \n \n

Keys to success<\/h4> \n \n

Having multidisciplinary staff allows us to easily organize work teams that are in charge of deliveries.<\/p> \n \n

Coordinated from the central warehouse, each team is responsible for the delivery of materials as well as the assembly of the necessary elements. In this way, we optimize the necessary resources and manage to complete the service in less time than stipulated by contract. <\/p> \n \n

Special mention should be made of the organization by the person in charge of the service, who has been working in our company for more than 18 years and knows the streets of Barcelona in detail. This know-how has made it possible to allocate the most suitable vehicles to each of the routes, with deliveries in the old town of the city of Barcelona being particularly difficult. <\/p> \n \n

Finally, it remains to thank once again the logistical support received by the staff of the Support and Acts Service of the Directorate of Logistics and Maintenance of the Barcelona City Council.<\/p> \n \n
