Corporate transfer from Torre Agbar to the Zona Franca offices
During the past months of July and August, the Agbar group’s offices were moved from the emblematic Jean Nouvel tower (currently Torre Glòries) to its new facilities located on Passeig de la Zona Franca, in the building known as D38.
Prior to this move, the Mudanzas Control team drew up a work plan, delimiting the different phases of the move and identifying the necessary means in each of these phases, as well as alternative plans in case of modifications to the initial plan.
Following this plan and having contingency plans, it was possible to complete the transfer within the agreed deadlines. All this with the help of the experience and knowledge of each of the professionals who intervened in this great corporate move.
During the transfer, the following tasks were carried out:
- Documentation packaging.
- Packaging of computer equipment.
- Dismantling of furniture.
- Transfer of computer equipment, furniture and documentation.
- Transport of safes.
- Placement according to location plans.
- Assembly of furniture.
- Unpacking documentation.
- Connection of computer equipment.
